Attacking acid is the second reported againts men last week for year 2006 in Cambodia. Precious years, most women were hit acid by jealousy, mistress and so on. Another man living in Memot district, Kampong Cham Province was slashed with acid on Thursday by his jealous wife, while he was helping another women harvest crops. Victime’s name is Vann Kamsot, 34, sustained minor injuries on his right shoulder and left eye. After incidnent, the couple aggreed reconciliation and with avoiding court. Last week, CTN’s news reader was attacked acid by unidentified men on the street in Phnom Penh.
