Man’s penis almost completly severed with scissors

According to local newspaper reported that, a man living in Kampong Cham province was severed by his wife 25 stitches to his penis with a pair of scissors on Monday morining. His penis was almost completely cut off. Domestic violence happened after victim, Khay Kaing, 40, returned home with drunkness at night when he and his friends drank beer so much at karaok parlor. The cause of violence was because of their argument, and he slapped her wife’s face and then look the scissors and hit her in the head. His wife grapped the scissors and lunged at her husband, reported by Cambodia Daily. Other sources said that after being attacked, the man walked some 500 meters to a relatvies’ home to seek help and was later taken to a village doctor who administratered the sutures. The both made decision not to file a lawsuit. And they are living together as usual.
