Tuol Sleng museum and Khmer Rouge Tribunal
More than 1.7 million people were killed during Khmer Rouge regime for 3 years, 8 months and 20 days from 1975 to 1979. Tuol Sleng is one of the famous genocide museum in Cambodia. Tuol Sleng was called S-21 prison in Domocratic Kampuchea time. It is located in Tuol Svay Prey, south of Phnom Penh. Before it was the former Tuol Svay Prey School. In Pol Pot regime, this school became place for putting people behind the bar and kiling and torture the innocent Cambodia like animals.

That is the photo of tortured people by Khmer Rouge militaries in S-21 during Khmer Rouge regime. It was very sad to see photoes like this.
When I visited Genocidal museum, I felt so sad for what I saw such as handcuffed people, sever torture, putting head into water, hanging and so on. That is the memorablely-tragic events for Cambodian people.
From day to day, national and international tourists are always visiting genocidal museum.
Last year, United Nation and Cambodian government had signed an agreement to set up a long-awaiting Khmer Rouge Tribunal in order to try former Khmer Rouge Leaders during 1975-79. Headquarter of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, located along road 4 in Ang Snuol district, Kandal Province, is the Khmer Rouge Tribunal task force handed over on January,18 2006.
