Band of Khmer traditional music

That is the band of Khmer traditional music of Khath Sokheam’s family. As you know, she is one of the popular singer in Cambodia in the last decade. All of her family member are able to play Khmer traditional instruments and sing. On 11 February 2006, her band played on occasion of my cousin’s wedding.

A last few months, there were some local newpapers published her story and some Cambodian people always doubted and talked from mouth to mouth that she had birth with son. Until now, this story became true. She said that she gave a bith, she had a son. At the same time, people always want to know who son’s father is, but she said that she bought sperm to inject to be pregnant because she wants son or daughter by herself. So far, no one know who the father of this son is yet. That is the first time that Khmer girl bought sperm for pregnancy. I used to hear, this event have happened in western countries.

I doubt that this is true. From a public health view and to my understandin what I know about the systems, Cambodia does not have the technology yet. Even over here, it is not an easy process to do. It takes months and even years to do it. Very hard. Plus there has to be a father even if the sperm is bought and being injected. If there is a sperms…there’s a dad so to speak…hahaha You don’t just buy random sperms. I mean think about it…you won’t want a son or daughter that might have genetics disorders. My point is I DON”T think it’s true.

whatever she got a child
this child is real, no need to know who is his father
but of course she can have a child.

why always disturb her with such a question,
i think it’s kind of have enough courage to have this child
for me i more think about having an affait with someone
then it’s possible to have a child, without getting married

she just can’t say who is the father
for some reason so at least she replied
i still support her, to have a child without getting married
without saying who is the father…

This is celebrity’s life in Cambodia. Most of the our STARs (not only the females but also males) have the affair that cannot be revealed.

However as Khmerbird said, we should understand it and the most important thing of all is that everyone want their privacy and their peaceful life behind all the cameras.

Last but not least, what I am afraid the most is that our society value is now getting worse and worse day by day. Currently we live in a world of materialism, of fear, …

Sorry to tell you down mungkol. I think that it will only get worse. It’s not even bad or anything. It’s natural for people to act the way they do because as there are more freedom, they are more freely able to express how they feel. And Human in general are BAD. EVERYONE. Plus if you look at animal..human are just very similar to them. Sometimes we are able to think or we look like we have the capacities to think but we are unable to. It’s not our fault. Its like a computer…you think it should be able to do everything and anything you asks them to do, but hey everything has fault so sometimes it work and others it doesn’t. I definitely agree that people should be given their privacy.

Hey, I think Khath Sokheam is saying this statement to get more Media attention. Other than that it’s just a bunch of BS*. She should spend her cash more wisely then getting this sperm implant.
Maybe she is romantically involved with a High-Rank official, who
is married and she’s afraid that his wife will be after her and
dig her 6-feet-underground. Vutha, I am sorry that I said this
but I have heard about a lot of young beautiful khmer girl celeberties having some sort of trouble with a married man.
Another thing about Khmer movie stars is that they never admit that they have a love-one. Are the gonna stay a virgin until they’re
turn into rice wine….
