Most of young boys and girls living in remote rural areas have no access to education because their family’s living standard is in poor condition. They need to help their parents to earn money. The photo of two young girls are working in field with their mother with earning a little bit per day.

Rod, what is your plan to help Cambodia?. Do you see?. 91% of population living in rural areas are poor. But population below the poverty line declined from 39% in 1993/94 to 35% in 2004. By the way, 1% of poverty rate decreases per year. So, Government plans to cut down a haft of poverty in 2015. The povery is the big obtacle for developing country. What is important is that Government have to reduce poverty in order to improve people’s quality of life in the whole county.
