We created this Site in an attempt to dessiminate news and information on Cambodia to Cambodian people in and out country, especially people living rural areas. It is seen that there are gaps of access to information between city and remote areas. So that our Cambodians were cheatted such human trafficking, drug, land gabbling and so on. My project is “Community Information Webportal Cambodia (www.cambodiacic.org)” that is the Khmer Site.
