Non-governmental organization (NGOs) is the non-profit groups or associations that act outside of institutionalized political structures and pursue matters of interest to its members. So far, there are often many images of the internal conflicts in those organizations between staff and leaders, staff and staff, and leader and leader. Why do these conflicts take place?. Is it because of their own personal interest or something?. Some staff resigned by themselves, were fired or forced to resigne by leaders.

I have worked with NGOs for more than 3 years. I observed that there are more problems happening in those institutions by some factors such as leaders’ poor management, nepotism, lack of transperancy of usining buget (corruption), non-democratic system leadership, taking their own power and personal interest. What I found out is to reflect some organizations operating in Cambodia. Those oganizations are taking their own advantage from donors and its own staff and forgetting to serve people and community. And they then are damanging other organizations’ reputation and affecting donors. Donors will be unable to believe and stop fundings. Who will be victim?. The victims will be poor people and development.

By the way, some use their responsibility wrong when they were promoted as leader. They utilized their power for their own interests. In fact, they coordinate their own organisations to run smoothly in order to develop community, and country.
