Koh Pos and to be tourism resort
In Cambodia, Tourism is one of major industries to make revenue from locan and international tourists.
On Monday September 25, 2006, Cambodia Government signed an agreement in priciple with Koh Pos Investment Co.,Ltd, a Russian-run company, to develop and manage Koh Pos or Snake island, located in Sihanoukville, into a tourism resort for 99 years with an initial investment of up to $300 million.
It will take 6 months for company to study this site and then present to government with a master plan, which include recreation center, hotels, and construction of a bridge to link from Hawai beach to the island.
