Emerging Cambodian Bloggers

The Information Community and Technology entry into Cambodia after the more than 20 civil war in 1993 ended. What I am interested is weblog. For me, before I never know what the blog was. But I recognized it when I viewed and read Tharum’s blog last year, with The Cambodia Daily publishing article on his blog. He is the first Cambodian blog as I knew. Later, I created my own blog with assistance from Virak, and Tharum. Until now, my blog come to 11 months.

By the time, I read Vann Lynda’s blog saying about “How to create your own blog”. I reminded me. She is a good girl. After getting new knowledge about how to create blog, she spent her personal time to instruct and present her friends and new potential blogger who want to possess blog. By the way, she shows some advantages to be gain from having a blog:

Improve your writing skill
Improve Reading skill.
Enhance your vocabulary
Become a creative writer
Critical thinking skill will be improved as well
Have a lot of friends
Keep in touch with your relatives (in foreign countries).

HP (Himatsubushi) commented that:

For me, blog might be the place to find solution for life. People have different problem of life. One may worry about making friends. One may worry how to lead his own life. If we don’t know how to do, we can create a blog with a nickname (if you don’t want people to know who you are) and post all your problems so that all friends can share idea with you. You may find a good solution for life from their suggestion and advice.

One more is that we can learn from people’s opinion toward one problem. That gives you abandon idea for your study life because you can see many way of thinking toward the same problem. It is very useful in writing essay too, because English language is only a tool to express your idea. The main problem is your idea. If you don’t have good idea, you can’t write good essay with your perfect English. Moreover, those ideas are not useful only for essay but your life too. You can find that toward one problem different person view it in different way. This plays a very important role in living in the society, because you can predict reaction and some result when you do something.
