Dutch man marries Cambodian girl

Dutch man gets married to Khmer GirlOn Saturday morning December 2, 2006, the wedding music was playing from a house located in Kandal district in Phnom Penh city. That is the special day for man or girl to show all guests that they really love and live with each other forever. It is not strange. The Dutch man and his parents and grandmather flied to Cambodia to join in their wedding ceremony. The Dutch man fell in love with Cambodia girl. And then their love happened in the special ceremony on Saturday. The groom were the former UNTAC soldier in 1993, he used to Cambodia. And he met Khmer girl. Later, they have kept in touch with each other by chat. The bride is my best friend, who was the staff of Open Forum of Cambodia. At the present, she is the lecturer at University of Royal Phnom Penh. The Dutch guy, he said that he loves Khmer girl becuase of the soft gesture and polite word. In the wedding shop, he told all guests that he really love her and thanked her mum, who gave birth with beautiful girl.

Congratuation to the beautiful couple. They appear to be truly in love. The Dutch are some of the coolest, most worldly people on Earth. I’ve met a few here in the States.

Not me, she is my friend. Now she left Cambodia for Belgium to live with her husband.
