Cambodia needs more than just the Prime Minister threatening to fire the police. The law has to be respected and feared by EVERYONE, not just the poor. If people are treated unequally under the same law, then society will never progress. As for vocational training and jobs, I encourage all Cambodian youths to look at computer and Internet technology. It will help them earn a living outside of Cambodia's economy. In addition to earning good money, technology will also expose Cambodian youths to new democratic ideas, via the Internet. This will empower their political will. I hope Internet access in Cambodia will be enjoyed by more and more people. Computer technology is essential to the speedy development of Srok Khmer. I like your assessment.
