Police fined motorist without installation of mirror
This afternoon at around 12:00, my co-workers left workplace with their motorcycle and reached the traffic light near Olympic Stadium, where traffic polices were standing at traffic post and then they waved them. Police fined them 5,000 riel because their motorcycle is not installed mirrors and have no registration card.
