Sihanoukville:Cambodian young childrend is becoming beggars and garbage collectors at the beach. They are seeking to collect used can of beer and pure water for sale. They have no opportunity to attend school like other kids, it is because of their poor family. What happen to their bright future? They need care and sufficient food from their parents. On the contrary, they are becoming the street children. If their parents have no possibility to feed them. Who care them? Goverment? NGOs? or who?
