Interesting note on Cambodian Law:

According to Cambodian law, Chapter I, Article II and Chapter II, Article IV, marriages "shall not be forced".

[A man and woman reaching legal age have the right to self-determine the marriage. One party may not force another party to marriage against his/her will. No one can be forced to marry]

BTW, interesting analysis on Cambodian marriage.
