Whether the color of clothes, T-shit, cap, trousers… that have the same to military or police uniform were banned. Ordinary people who wear military or police uniform should be banned and confiscated. But only the same color to military or police uniform should not be banned.
“Recently, Virak’s cap that is the same color to military uniform (green color) was confiscated by traffic police at Tuol Kok traffic lights. Police told him that he violated military law and threatened to send him to military base to be educated and learn how to clean toilet. A minute later, He gave $5 to police and then police gave him cap back”.
The police’s act is not different from corrupt officials in government. In general, the innocent people were threatened to extort money on the street almost every day by traffic police, military police… etc.

BEFORE THEY BECOME POLICE MEN OR MILITARY POLICE THEY SHOULD GO TO POLICE SCHOOL FIRST ATLEAST 6TO12 MONTH, BUT IN THIS REGIME MAYBE NOT JUST BUY THE JOB AND UNIFORM GO TO WORK.
