Tow Cambodian women won “International Women of Courage†award program, which inaugurated by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The both winner award recognized by the U.S Embassy in Phnom Penh, are Ms. Oung Chantol, executive director of founder of Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) and Ms. Ith Mathoura, a trained lawyer working for the Community Legal Education Center (CLEC).
