Recently, there are two districts’ web portal designed in Khmer language in order to disseminate news and information related to culture, people’s daily life, tourism, people’s service, information on districts and so on.
The address of web portal of Battambang in Battambang province and Siem Reap districts in Siem Reap province as following: www.battambang-town.gov.kh, www.siemreap-town.gov.kh.
The Opening Ceremony of Battambang portal will be held on April 26 at 8:30 am in Battambang district hall and Siem Reap portal on April 27 at 8:30 am in Apsara Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap town.

Though sites not working well with neither Firefox nor Internet Explorer, it’s a good step forward for our Government. And the sites need much more improvements.
These sites look good, but its font size is hard to read. BTW it has not more information yet. I think that It is just up. When I run with Firefox, it run properly. Even though, it is good that government build site for districts to share news and information.
