Not human being, like animal
Recently, I read news on Khmer-language newspaper releasing article on “Father raped his 14-year-old daughterâ€. This is unbelievable and unexpected story, but it is the truth. I felt sad after reading this news. He is not human being. He should be animal. His action is destroying his family and his daughter. By the way, it will be able to affect society.
According to news, the victim’s father, 32, in Kompong Chhnang, was arrested by police. He raped his daughter 3 times.
According to ADHOC’s 2006 annual report, the situation of women and children rape in Cambodia in 2006 is still worst than last year. There are 1069 cases of women and children rape in 2006. Those cases happened by raping, domestic violence and human trafficking as well.
