After booming ICT in Cambodia in a few recent years, youth is easier to follow new IT than the elderly. Blog is new term for Cambodian young people like me but it is old for developed and developing countries. Recently, there are many Cambodian bloggers to share information, photos with friends and other people. And there are some groups such as Personal Information Technology Workshop and Open Forum of Cambodia to have been training students, NGO workers, and journalists.
