Thanks Khmertale, That is good idea. I will allocate my personal time to post some articles on this site. I hope our other people like students, NGO staffers, government officials will help post content.
For me, I think that why there are small amount of articles posted on this site, it is because our people do not like to write, do not like to share their own idea or opinion and do not know well how to use IT. That is the problem to make our country walking behind neighboring countries.
