Their profile appears on Google and a foreign agency or person looking for a collaborator can easily find a person through the blog while searching the net. If you are not publishing on the net then you are invisible to the world to a certain extent. Another way I encourage friends to blog is to keep a blog about their kids growing up. I tell them it will be nice when the kids are older, you can go through the memories. I think this will be a good topic to discuss at the blogger summit next week. I hope you are there.
