Rice Cake

During Pchum Ben season, most Cambodian people always make Nom Ansom (rice cake), especially in rural areas, in order to offer them to monks and their relatives and neighbors. Nom Ansom has not been forgotten by Cambodians while wedding ceremony.

    No it is not mine. Normally, Pchum Ben festival Cambodian people always did it and offered it to monks and relatives. My family always do like this.
