Some of Cambodian people stopped using cow cart for transporting by using cars or trucks instead. That photo just reminds all of Cambodians to remember what we have traditionally and we should keep in mind for next generation.
Thanks for linking my blog as well.
that is nice pict isn’t it?
well, it would be a treasure for cambodia… Cow cart.
I really like this kind of craft(products)u know. I still use it for fun. Sometimes I want to eat Nom Krot, I start to play on it with my sister indeed; she is the only who made it good(I mean delicious)she is good at mixing ingredients. I don’t know how to do it. This is because I have’t learnt from her te, I will do it if she told me. I love cooking. Anyways, nice picutre. It remainds me about my childhood. I love to see it when I was young. Now also. I still like it. Bust it is rare to see it now. Like you said it is tradition so maybe v can see it in provinces. hahahah~~
When your sister cooks Nom Krot, please ask to eat as well. Right?
Most of Cambodians are now using other mens instead of cow cart in rural areas.
