Num Pa-chok
It was too bad to try Num Pa-Chok at Svay Rieng while i went there. It was because I had breakfast already. Num Pa-chok will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spending only 1000 Riel a bowl in rural areas is not expensive. We can put some mix vegetable such as bean sprouts mix with shredded cabbage, cucumber, banana blossom and mint and then put some cooked noodle on top and pour hot soup over. Finally, we can start to eat. Delicious!!!!!!
A woman is sitting in her small hut in front of her house along the National road 1, selling Num Pa-chok on the morning.
