Last day of visiting Water Festival

At the night of the last day, my friends asked me to go with them to watch something at riverside and then we walked along Royal Palace until Independent Monument at around 9:00 am, while water festival revelers went back home. Revelers, including me, could not walk fast, walking by short step to reach destination. Main roads were blocked off from cars and bikes. But I saw some bikes and cars had been allowed to drive though crowds of people. I don’t know why military police and police allowed them to entry. Most of them had entry permit to drive into banned areas. It seemed to be injustice for common people.

Water festival revelers were going back home, but there were traffic jam it was because that vehicles were allowed to drive through crowd of people.

That was the street vendor, his husband and children were sleeping on the roadside.
