Prey Norkor News Up on New Year
According to announcement of Prey Nokor weekly newspapers, the first edition will start on 1st January 2008 via weblog www.preynokornews.blogspot.com in an attempt to disseminate news related to current activities of the Khmer, Khmer Krom people around the world.
At the meant time, it will publish news on Human Rights violation committed toward the Indigenous Khmer-Krom people in Kampuchear Krom.

So that, we can say the freedom of expression via internet in Cambodia is better than VN. Right? Nowadays, Cambodian government does not censor the internet yet.
Re your comment above. I may be wrong but I feel that the freedom of expression on internet and newspaper in Cambodia is much more freely comparing to neighboring countries.
