IRI - you meant the International Republican Institute.

Would love to to try but I have a bitter experience with IRI personnel [an American guy who may the head of IRI in Cambodia] during the 2004 general election in Cambodia. He is nothing but a Jerk

At that time [2003] I was part of the international observer in Siem Reap, and that American guy complained bitterly about the present of Police who guard the polling station. I read the billboard in Khmer and told him that they were not close to the distant allowed.

You know what he said “I’ll ask my live dictionary” which is his personal interpreter or person who is accompanied him at the time.

What he said to me is unacceptable in any country standard.

I would challenge him not in khmer but in English language any time.

What do he think of himself? God? A proper conduct republican or a real knowledge person about democracy when he can’t even read Khmer and look down on Khmer.
