Motorbike accident
While I was driving with my friend along Monivong Blvd on December 31 at around 5:00 pm, spotting two motorbikes laying on the street. Let’s just say, these motorcycles coincided each other. And then I stopped watch them, they suffered minor injuries. At that time, I saw the both having words each other, by one side demanding other to compensate, but not accept. And the both sides called traffic police to judge this accident. I do not know why they had to need police to do it. I think they should have understandings each other. If they depend on police’s handle, they will loose money and time because of tiny accident.
Spotting two motorbikes was sleeping on the street, the owners had been arguing. By the way, the two made traffic congestion.

Well, what can people do [traffic jam] if there was only minor accident and of course both can be dealt among themselves but rather left the matter in the hand of traffic authority [to show strength who is the real winner?]. I think it is about time that people should realize that everybody is entitle to use to the road so lets the traffic flow and put behind that pity accident [just shake hand, pay what you think is fair price for repair and clear the road].
