I think though NEM is believed to be cooked by the salt or the ingredients used will make the food cooked...i don't know....cooking is not my field...but yes uncooked meat has bacteria-e.coli which can cause serious illness. BUT I KNOW NEM IS GOOD...sorry I dont' eat it, but my parents, brothers, and sister does. =) for those who love NEM, uncooked meat can cause illness.
