Wooden Letter Box

Normally, Cambodian people have no letter box or Post Office Box (P.O. Box) to be placed in front of their home in order to receive letter. In general, post office boxes are rented from the Ministry of Post, Telecommunication and Communication by individuals or by businesses.

You will see the wooden P.O Box I caught when I visited my friend who I studied with at university. I don’t know whether it is the good way for him to receive letter by no need to pay monthly or annual cost of rent to ministry.

haha, Is it real? I think it’s just a joke :D

I do not know whether it is joke or not. When i saw it, i did not believe that it is the real letter box because it is not like box, there is not one sheet of timber to be nailed to the wooded fence in front of his house. Hahhaha

hahahahaha i don’t think it’s real. It looks very interesting. The mail would just fly away if it’s windy…hahahaha I love it! haha

i think he only used the plate of the box to fix his fence.
