The fact that, fire really broke out anywhere and anytime over the world. In order to avoid the blaze, people have to take care of turning off before leaving house and so on.

I always observed that the fire often occurred the national festival such as Khmer New Year, Chinese new year and so.

Sometimes, fire did not happened in unexpected incident, but some one set fire intentionally by government because they need to develop the disorder squat. And then the government uses its strategy by displacing people to other location. The destroyed place would be sold to developer under development strategy. In fact, the government use this trick in order to hide something from the poor.
