It’s a common thing even here :) More in Cambodia, the official salary is too low, which leads that kinda activity occasionally takes place.

Due to low salary, so we suggest all of us stop from blaming for traffic police when they fine us. If we do not want the police to fine we all have to respect traffic law, traffic lights and so on. So that, no excuse for police to fine drivers.

Most of people who blamed traffic police officers to fine then are the traffic law violators. Reducing traffic jam, road accident, it is the starting from ourselves.

Look, 1st of all, we are creating that by not abiding to traffic rules and regulations. If all of us play by the rules then it will be no traffic jam, accident or death. They are out there to do their job and some are taking the opportunity to make money, no one can deny that, but if morotist is not at fault why should they pay for fine.
