Normally, I leave my home 7:00 am for my workplace. I always leave early morning in order to get office on time it because of the traffic congestion, especially on the morning and the evening. Sometimes, I am tired of this traffic. Traffic jam is causing by the population growth, the increase of cars, motorbikes or by not respecting traffic light as well.
Yesterday morning, while driving and stuck in the traffic jam. Do you know what happens? The fact that, I saw the both cars’ owner negotiating in the middle of the street and made most of cars, motorbikes and other passengers stop. They seemed not to take care of anything.
The owner of slightly damaged car was talking to other owner to pay compensation. For a few minutes later, the one side gave money for reparation, but I don’t know how much she paid. It was just the small thing that made traffic jam. They should stop at the roadside and then find solution by understanding each other rather than making trouble to other passengers’ travel. And they should respect the rights of passengers.

me too i hate traffic jam , some time i have to drive for 1 hour or 2 to get home . am boring ,i dont know when the traffic became normal..but maybe not ..cuz we have a small road and ppl never care about traffic
I am tired of driving on the morning and evening, because there are many and many cars and motorbikes by making traffic jam. if there is not electricity at traffic lights, the traffic congestion really occurs. When i drive i always find to go through small streets, but it is not sure that no traffic jam. Hahaha
Traffic jam in Phnom penh these days is not because horrific accident but carelessness of people using the road itself; don’t care about traffic rules, don’t care about if there’s red light, double or triple parking, no considering other or pedestrains, bystanding when there is an accident and made the traffic even heavier and jammed
I agreed with you, Angkor138. The fact, the people do not respect each other during driving on the street. the starting point to reduce the traffic jam is people, themselves, to respect traffic lights, traffic law, and respect each other.
I hope all of them will start to understand safety on the street.

Before i was the kind of person like you, but now i am trying to respect the traffic light and respect the same passengers and drivers in order to avoid unexpected accidents or some things.
