He did not eat lunch until 3 pm so that he was so hungry and ate without looking at any one around him, hehehheeh.

Guy! all food like those everyday here, it’s western people food. You know what? I try to eat for first couple weeks but now I can’t even smell, I need khmer food specially Samlor korku, Ma jor Trokuon with Kom pis & small fish… all lunch time always dream about my khmer food, but can’t find here. Honestly, around the world, khmer is my best place to eat and happy life with family…Plz don’t dream other country better than our own country, truth me!

I like going to fast food restaurant for snack and sometime for lunch. I often go to BBWorld BS becase it’s the nearest place from my working place. People become enjoy fast food rather than ordered food coz they don’t need to wait long time. They just order and serve by themselve. First, I don’t like burger or fried chicken but now it becomes my favourite food heuy na.That’s yummy!

I and my sweetie are KFCsm’s ;) We usually go for KFC whenever we don’t what and where to eat in Hanoi. Although this city is known to be born almost 1000 years but none of the food here i think good..

vutha, in your last paragraph, you mentioned “eating friend chicken”? I know you did not intend to make a mistake but i just cant help laughing that they use friend to make chicken. lolz

Hey Rattanak, that is unintentional mistake. Sometimes, i wrote it fast by not proofreading them. But that does not matter because it is informal.

hahahaha friend chicken? hahaha

I am hungry when looking at the picture. Do you think so?

Well, please excuse me for being a Western man writing here on your forum, but i am very interested in how the Khymer people are adapting to the influence of people like myself.I am married to a lovely(disposition) Khymer lady who has learned to feed me Western style food as well as Khymer food that i do enjoy that is compatable to my digestive system. When i first heard that KFC was coming to Cambodia i was very excited, but because of the delay,i taught her how to prepare it for me,the experience was far beyond my expectations. We no longer shop as much at Western style stores, because the prices of most items are far too expensive considering the state of wealth for about 80% of this countries inhabitants. We now prefer,by choice,to buy most of our needs at local mom and pop places where we can barter a little and are in full support of the poor people of this country of Cambodia.Despite your excitement for Western style food, please remember that for every bite of it you take, you are taking three or four bites from a fellow Cambodians next meal. They are the people that work for practically nothing to put your mainstay Khymer meal on your table when you eat at home, please give a thought to them next time you are deciding where to eat,we are all responsible to them in one way or another,or at least,we should be.You want Western style food at Khymer prices?Open your own restaraunt and use local ingrediants to allow your fellow Khymer people to survive, please give this some thought.A truly concerned humanist for the improvement of the poor of Cambodia.Have a nice day

ok maybe he hungry that why cant look to other , am hungry too , later buy me 1 set ok , i like fried chicken nas lolz

fast food is convenient and good for once in while when you are tired of cooking but in the long run will not do you any good at all.

Won’t be long before KFC hit Phnom Penh.
