    Dear Vutha,

It is so wonderful to see you comment on the decline of social ethics in Cambodia. My name is Chanroeun PA, I am the director of Cambodian Centre for Applied Philosophy and Ethics and a lecturer in Philosophy and Culture at the Cambodian Mekong University. It is nice to hear that many people are concern about ethical issues in Cambodia. Please give us some suggestions on how to promote ethical values in Cambodia.

Thank you for the well-structured ideas.

We know that we are now living in a cathc22 situation where every bad effect influences each other!

We can’t have children behave well if we cant’have teachers perform their teaching well either. As for parents, children grow up seeing their faces first before other people. What can parents do to set very good samples for their children?
