Do not complaint very much. It is enough for the 3rd world country like Cambodia. That’s what i get when I complain. :(

  2. Posoky says:

Maybe the Cintri company not so much get profit from them! Or may be it paid much before get License from city governor

  3. vutha says:

@ Borin, I do not criticize strongly the company. I just raise some consequences happening in City because the pile of trash that is not collected on time can make trouble to the society and human welfare as i mentioned. Even though, it is better than the last five years.

@Posoky, i have no idea about the company’s profit.

It is of course 3rd world country. However, we should not say don’t complain too much as what borin mentioned. It is wise to complain showing that we have the voice to promote and promote. If people keep closing their eyes then can you imagine what’s going to happen next? No body know.

For the waste collecting, my idear the city hall should share responsible with the company or give them some part of area what they can do. As i have observed this collecting company has not enought capacity to do it. You may see they have lake of staffs, cars and other….. What i have seen by my eye the truck is very old some time the engine stop and make the traffic jam. The woste terrible thing is effect to the resident who keep the rubbist for long time the smile come into their home and much more bad fly. But we all should think not only company and government! Thanks

  7. vutha says:

Thanks Kosaleco for your visiting my blog. I agreed with your opinion. the government has important role to keep country clean by managing the role of private company which is delays to collect trash.

Rottng,Stinking garbage on the streets of Phnom Penh is a big turn off for tourists who often borrow money to visit this country,no they are far from all being millionairs. Those i have talked with mostly enjoy Cambodia for its smiling , happy and honest citizens, its culture and history.Garbage? Nobody enjoys walking through piles of rotten, stinking refuse, citry made a contrat, they should be made to honor it before it drives too many tourists away which this country sorely needs.

  9. vutha says:

@ Oddball, I know you really like Cambodian culture, right? what i said about the pile of garbage on the street because i need the government and private company to be careful of the city beauty. Thanks for your visiting my blog.

Vutha, you know i have actually come to love this country and its people for what it is,not what i first perceived it to be.I find a need to restrain myself when talking to people and how easy it could be to set this city back to the beauty it once had , Cambodians are not so easy to talk to about change, they revel in the old ways they have grown to know .Shame realy , because it would take so little effort by ALL citizens to make a remarkable change for the betterment of all and a possible increase in much desired tourism which currently puts so much money into the hands of those that need it most . Intellectuals such as yourself are the only people that can do this .

If we care and love our country we wouldn’t be trashing it. The leaders should be ashame but they are too busy grabbing lands. The corrupted government are looking after themselves only. Garbage everywhere is the furthest thing from their mind because they don’t have to smell it. Will they inforce any laws? no way just give them some money and they will turn a blind eye. It’s a shame Cambodia is a beautiful country but run by a corrupted leader.
