Promotion via Balloon
There are many means to promote awareness to people to understand the impact of corruption happening in the current society and to participate in fighting against the corruption. There are many promotion materials to educate Cambodians through stickers, flyers, posters, banners, Radio, and so on.
While I went to Pact Cambodia and then I felt interested in the BALLOON standing on the table of staff by bearing “I don’t bribe, I am against the bribe.†Therefore, I just want all of you to think that all these promotional materials will participate in reducing the corruption in Cambodia and whether the new government of next mandate will pass the draft anti-corruption law or not.

Your voices and mine are powerless against corruption. Why? The corruption is imprinted on Our Officials DNS, and their Children. And you know what, it is not you and me who will take the government job for the next generation.
So, I have no idea on what to do. Some time I feel that escape from corrupted country may help, (me alone) not all Cambodian.
More, there’s corruption in NGOs too, but because all NGOs are the one who do the report on Corruption, they will never write reports about them selves.
Do you have any idea?
That is true, it is hard for us to be against corruption if the government have no willingness to solve it.
By the way, i agreed with you about the point saying that “NGOs is the corrupt institution”.
