Why? The corruption is imprinted on Our Officials DNS, and their Children. And you know what, it is not you and me who will take the government job for the next generation. So, I have no idea on what to do. Some time I feel that escape from corrupted country may help, (me alone) not all Cambodian. More, there's corruption in NGOs too, but because all NGOs are the one who do the report on Corruption, they will never write reports about them selves. Do you have any idea?
