Who are working as beer promotion workers? While you go to Beer garden or Restaurant, you always see someone who is working for serving beer as girls, not boys. Those girls are working for different brewery companies. While you enter into the Beergarden, those beer promotion girls would follow you since walking from entry gate and then standing surround you and ask you “Please, drink my beer” or “Today, I cannot sell some bottle of beers or cans”. Those girls ask repeatedly until the kind of beer you choose.
Sometimes, it is hard to make decision. That is the kind of job for beer promotion girls, if they did not do that they will not sell bottles of beers or cans. Finally, they would not get paid in commission. Most of beer workers got commission; it is up to the number of sold beers. If they sold more, they would get more commission. They do not get monthly fixed salary.
Pov dressed in black T-shirt and long black-long pants is selling beer at Happy Night Beergarden said that “she has worked as beer worker more than 7 months in this restaurant.” She added that “I got commission to sell the number of bottles, if more bottles are bought, more money I get paid by company.”
She added that she did not need to get fixed salary because it is low paid-salary. And then she chose the second option by getting commission to sell bottles of beer because she can make more money in commission. She said “I get 3,000 riel in commission if I sell one bottle.”
What I noted is that while we decided to drink the kind of beer, whose beer girls will serve guests by pouring beer into glass and sometimes sit near guests and drink beer too. Sometimes, they try to drink more and more possible because they need more empty beer bottles.
Most guys like going out to Beergarden because they need to be happy to drink beer and need to chat with girls, especially beer promotion girls, or hostesses. That is the life of men who like going out at night.

It is interesting to read it and thanks for sharing. But what exactly the point you want to raise here? Are you trying to said that men should not go or should go and drink more to help the beer girls? Or what you are trying to complain the present system of giving commission other than giving the fixed salary? Let’s know your own position and argument, if possible. Cheer.

Well, So what you think about this article. I think everyone just try to do their job. It is hard to blame the beer girl or the drinker.

@ Pinispinus, what i raised in my topic is not blaming some one or any system. I just want to share with all of you the life of beer promotion girls. They are working as beer girls by getting income in commission. And I do not recommend people to stop drink. That is their right because they have money to pay for their pleasure. In fact, I always saw the guest who have money and power always use their right to abuse the beer girls’ rights. Sometimes, they act badly on girls. Sometimes, girls have been looked down on by guests…. etc.
In order to survive, some girls work as beer girls.
Finally, I just want to share the real life of beer girls with all of you.
