We cannot compare our culture to Vietnamese's. It is not really related to the decline of education system. For me, i think that it is related to foreign culture flowing into Cambodia, including clothes, technology, accessories and so on. The young teenagers are easy to adopt to foreign culture. By the way, it is the globalization age. Culture, economy... always is flowing from one country to other inevitably.

We shouldn't blame them. It's our educational system that drives them that way. Here in VN, we see alot of high school girls in that way but i admire them that they manage to keep their study in stable.
