Do you wear safety helmet while riding motorbike? I am now accustomed to wearing helmet almost every times while riding motorbike to work or go anywhere. It is more than 5 years since I have worn safety helmet. Before I thought it was not necessary, or comfortable to wear it. By the way, it was heavy a little bit, and difficult to move around.
Personally, putting safety helmet on my head is making me more comfortable and safe while riding motorbike. It helps protect the sun heat, dust and life safety. At the present, most of Cambodian people, especially in capital and big towns, start wearing helmet while riding motorbike. Even though, the number of safety helmet wearing is not so much.
I am not worried while I do wear helmet while going somewhere. hehehe But I still drive carefully.

Helmet is the best way to protect people from having serious head injury should there be an accident.
It’s compulsory in western country to wear helmet at all times when ride a motor-bike

I do agree with you that motor rider have to wear helmet for their safety. But I want to share that not all the helmet is sefety helmet. I experience that the low price helmet is not a safety helmet. Do you think so?

I totally agree with Sotha. In England we have strict safety laws on the construction of crash helmets, for which we must pay several hundred dollars each. The flimsy lightweight ones I was offered in Cambodia are no use at all and a complete waste of money. Why pay 10$ for something that will do no better in an accident than a baseball cap? But then, who would pay western prices?

This is always on my head too. However, mine is more fashionable (smaller and more open). I use it to protect my head, and to reduce dusty onto my head/face.
