In England we have strict safety laws on the construction of crash helmets, for which we must pay several hundred dollars each. The flimsy lightweight ones I was offered in Cambodia are no use at all and a complete waste of money. Why pay 10$ for something that will do no better in an accident than a baseball cap? But I want to share that not all the helmet is sefety helmet. I experience that the low price helmet is not a safety helmet. Do you think so?
