    Sorry mr. Vutha, but as far as I’m concern… the ones who should have been taken care most are the youngsters. They are the one who will bring calamities to this country.

    respect for traffic law is a must, i agree. Educating people to learn to respect it is one good thing. Law enforcement should also help with this, dont you think so?

    At least you felt guilty because your friend – the driver did not slow down, some would not even feel that because they are not the drivers.

    Respect traffic rules and orders would definitely lead to well flow traffics, less accident and casualties, save times and less hazzel for everyone, and less money spent on fines imposed by traffic police [always asked more].

    Traffic in Phnom Penh would be less congested and more safe to drive, if there are more and more people have the same thought as yours. There is great improvement in the new traffic laws, but I wonder when it come into an effective enforcement.
