    Seemed that Cambodia is now more advance than industrial countries. Australia is yet to introduce such an ATM (may be Australia think of privacy). Seriously who want to give the bank our finger prints.

    When i visited India in the last 2006, I visited the Information Technology Institute, and then professor introduced to us about the banking which is using fingerprint to withdraw money from ATM machine. Therefore, FTB is using technology from India. If talking about Information Technology, Indian students are highly-educated IT.

    I also saw this on TV commercial. I agree that India has many potential resources of IT people. America spend lots of money to buy IT labor from India.
