My twitter account suspended

Less than one year since I signed up Twitter account but I rarely post message, I just only followed information with followers. Since starting twitter, there were 53 followers who were following my twitter. Yesterday, when I accessed my twitter account, I saw a message box alerting me that my twitter account was suspended. I do not know what happening to twitter account.

I guest someone hack to your account and spam other. I don’t know, just guessing, Try to contact them.
