It is ok if you have free message but some one who has not free message it would be charged when SMS was forwarded. It is the kind of making money from company. i just got information from my friends who worked for phone company, he told he about this. the message i mentioned above is that, after getting message i thought that it is good news for all Cambodians. When i forwarded it to my friends, i was charged because i had no free message. I think that it is the way that companies try to make profit from its users.
