Indeed, I do agreed that western culture generally clashes with that of the east. However, we should embrace their open mind and stray away from critiquing their appearances. No offense intended, but most of the Cambodian society are generally critical and judgmental of physical appearances. If you do not follow the straight line path, then you are un-pretty so to speak. They are Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development who are voluntarily working in Cambodia. I used to provide Cross-cultural Training to all of them before they departed to Cambodia. The lady in blue sky is Roni. She is a Cambodian Aussie. Personally, I think these guys are nice though their personalities as Westerners/ Aussies are a bit different from us. But they wore Khmer traditional wedding because they like these clothing. What they did is for fun. I think that it does not affect our culture. How do you think?
