I just received new promotion campaign from Smart Mobile Phone, which is just entering within the Cambodia market. The phone company launched new promotion for Cambodian users who need new phone number that is the same to your ID card number, by starting from 010 2xx xxx. This promotion is starting from 25 August to 31 October 2009.

In addition, after buying new phone SIM card, the uses will get USD 10 bonus from Smart Phone company and valid for all networks.

I just read news from local newspapers; there are more than 4, 4 million phone users in Cambodia. It means that the number of users is increasing. And there are 9 mobile phone service providers operating their business in Cambodia.
