Metphone’s internet service not so good
Less a month I have connected home internet with Metphone Company but I met problem with internet connectivity. It meant that I could not access internet and I then called to service center to help solve internet problem but waiting until three days, it just was solved. When I asked phone company staff how long they solve this problem and then he said that at least 3 days, if it is fast, up to technical staff that is free or not. Oh my god! Therefore, I had to wait for it few days.
Even though, its price is not cheap but I am pleased with it. Its speed is 128mb, and $35 per month.
Because I could not access internet at my home, I went to Park Café at Sovanna Mall, other there it has free wireless internet access. And I met one friend of mine there and then I told him about the problem with Mephone. He said that he used to meet this matter too. He added it that its service is not so good.
When technical staff came to solve it, it found that the modem was dead. And then he gave me new one instead with free of charge (one year warranty). Do you use internet service with Metphone? Do you meet this problem?
What I raised this problem is that I want company to improve its service. As I know, most of people are satisfied with its internet connectivity because of its price but service is bla bla bla…..

Anyways, service there IS really poor. At first, I thought it would be a good idea to go to the main branch near Intercontinental for them to program my phone. I waited so long, and one of the staff workers decided to take her break when the amount of people waiting was growing! I wrote about the poor service also in my blog. You should forward your blog to the owners of Metfone so they would do something about their service.
Hi yes, I had a problem with Metfone and it too took 3 days, but my friend called and called until we got some answers! I also don’t like their services. When i went to pay the internet account the girl was busy taking personal phone calls and talking to her friends! I was so angry. Firstly you are right we are paying money per day that they have a delay in repairing our internet use. And secondly many businesses will fire their staff for taking personal phone calls when servicing customers. Actually as a staff you are working on Metfone time not ones own personal time! so your right the services are not good! I think they should have an official complaints process.
I accept that the service for the customer of Metfone is so poor. Many reasons cause those things happen. Staffs with damn low salary; asynchronous process of work; Staffs with least knowledge since there aren’t no profoundly trained… Many trainers don’t know exactly what they are training so how could the trainee understands what he is saying.. Many staffs complaints to me
What the fucking metfone service is so poor! I waited technical staffs for 9 days and when they connected the wire into my house they told me wait for a moment because they went to take modem, but a moment of metfone service was 2 days and i didn’t go to school for waiting them, so after waiting for 2 days I went to the service center at 2:00 I asked them why no technical staff take modem for me, but irresponsible reply of that girl, service center staff at Phsar Kandal, said “it’s not my job; if you want to complain, you should call 0976097097. “Then she went to talk to a new customer that being about to connect metfone home internet like me. (I think that new customer will face this problem like me). After I said to 0976097097 in an angry word, then at 5:30 in the evening the same old staffs took modem for me. They were in a hurry, and they did a bad job for connecting modem for me. Now I’m using it, and for downloading file video just 2MB it needs time 1 hours (3Kb/s). I hate the fucking metfone. How can I do to complain to the chairman, general manager, or others that have effective power in changing that fucking fucking fucking…service??? Everytime I complain to 0976097097 no action reply to my problems besides “Yes, OK, sir, I will report your problems to my boss.” I think they should at a few words that ” And you should wait 100 moment (not a moment) we will send lying technical staffs to your house and if you have other wondering or questions please come to contact our female irresponsible staffs at service center; fucking metfone service say goodbye and go to hell!” Damn Metfone Sevice I Hate You, Please I wish that ugly service go to hell soon!

No problem with mine; with Metfone. It has been good for some time. I could also download huge files without much interruption.
