They(police officers) are just out for some quick cash. They don't give a damn about your life. Why soo many of them with guns even, to just stop one car. They took your money w/o issuing proper ticket and shit.. total shame to the rest of the perhaps very few good ones out there. A fine example of a corrupt regime! Let us pray that CPPs will die off soon.. Let's hope the next generation will bring about positive to Cambodia - we sure need it fast! Do take care of yourself, and be wise!
